We attempted to get a menu to order take out .we are in the herndon va area often for business & pleasure we asked for a take menu and basically put off "we donothave any" i think not good customer service practice. pho 2000 we have visited many times good service good food we usually take out so we can relax at candlewood suite.

Nice clean restaurant but service was a bit spotty - admittedly we had a large group that arrived in pieces but some folks waited significantly longer for their orders to arrive while others arrived almost instantaneously. Table maintenance was poor - water glasses went empty until a waiter was specifically asked for refills. On the plus side - the food was quite tasty and very reasonable. Dinner for under $10 is a rarity these days!!

This is a great place for lunch. They have daily specials & are quick so you are in & out within an our or less. They have a huge menu as well if you want something other than noodles. I've never had a bad experience here & I've been here many of times!
